    To change your reading order, please email dreamtarotstore@gmail.com. Please keep in mind that Emergency Readings can not be changed once submitted. Personal Readings can be changed if I have not already recorded your reading. Unfortunately, we’re unable to cancel or make any changes to your shop order once it's placed. This includes: • Canceling the order or individual items • Updating your billing or shipping address • Changing payment or shipping methods • Adjusting item colors, sizes, or quantities • Adding or removing items • Applying or removing a discount code • Adding or removing a gift card Due to the nature of these products there are No Exchanges and No Refunds.
  • I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER
    If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please reach out to us so we can resolve the issue promptly.
  • PROCESSING & SHIPPING
    Our processing time is typically 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number within 48 hours of your purchase and it will be shipped according to the shipping method you selected.
